Merry Christmas! I am wrapping gifts today and finishing up the final preparations before we journey out in our sleigh (Ford Focus) to friends and family. This website has grown steadily this year and I’m really proud of how it’s turned out. More to come in 2012 – including more novels, poetry and a whole lotta nonfiction, too. Stay tuned – it will only get better. :)
For your reading pleasure, I wanted to share the delights of the season by uploading a wonderful project I worked on a couple of years ago: a Victorian Christmas digital book. Packed with old-time images, recipes, traditions and decorating from the 19th century folks who made Christmas the holiday it is today. It’s in PDF format and can be read on any computer using the free Adobe Acrobat software.
